Video / 6:00 mins

ABOUT THE WORK

Aberdeen, Hong Kong, 7 Days premiered on 29 May 2020 as a web screening for the Hong Kong artist-initiative online platform WFH1.0 on Instagram, guest-curated by Jennifer Lam from National Gallery Singapore. Shot in mid 2019 when I travelled to Aberdeen in Hong Kong for my exhibition and developed as a preliminary series entitled 7-Day Trailers, the series was posted on 11 May 2020 on INSTINC's Instagram page, curated by its founder Yeo Shih Yun. The feature was run in conjunction with the online exhibition 14-days STAY HOME NOTICE launched on 12 April 2020 on Artsy.
